A finance lease is a type of commercial lease in which Benefriends is the legal owner of an asset, and our clients rents the asset for an agreed-upon period of time. In this legal contract, the leasing company, Benefriends, actors as the lessor, and the user of the asset is the lessee.融资租赁是一种商业租赁,利友基金是资产的合法拥有者,我们的客户在商定的期限内租用资产。在本法律合同中,租赁公司即利友基金作为出租人,资产的使用人为承租人。

Lease agreement end.
